World Menopause Day 2023

World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th of October. 

The purpose of the day is to raise awareness of menopause and the support options available for improving health and wellbeing. 

The Glocal has a continuously growing community as part of our Positive Menopause Switzerland Group and it only seemed fitting that we also hold an in person event for the day. 

The theme for World Menopause Day 2023 is Cardiovascular Disease.

We'll be meeting at Macos Coffee Crafters for a brunch along with short presentations from:

Tracey Bruton from Zesty Midlife and Claudia Brett from Menopause and more as well as Klara Debjenk from Nourishi

Brunch is to be provided and there will be 25chf payable on the day to cover costs.

Glocal will be covering everyone's first coffee too.
